Feeling sluggish, lethargic, sick, swollen or can’t lose weight no matter what you do? You may have a lymphatic blockage. Let’s explain how the lymphatic system works and then how you can take steps start feeling better.

What is the Lymphatic System?

The lymphatic system is made up of lymph vessels that drain lymph fluid from the whole body.

It’s a grand network of organs such as the spleen, tonsils and bone marrow, and lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels and lymph tissues (located in the heart, lungs, intestines, liver, etc) to ensure blood has a return route for the body. It works in tandem with your cardiovascular system but is also part of your immune system and circulatory system.

How does it function?

The Lymphatic System has a few main functions:

Fluid/Protein Balance
Immunity
Digestion
Carrying waste/Toxin Removal
Fighting Infection

Signs your Lymphatic System is Blocked

Weight gain/difficulty to lose weight
Lethargy
Brain Fog
Constipation
Headaches
Itchy or Dry skin
Acne
Swollen Lymph nodes
Swelling in places like your legs, face, arms or feet
Sore throats
Mucous in the morning
Inability to fight infection

What can you do naturally?

What can WE do about it?

At Viva Cryo, we perform a special procedure called Cryo-Thermal Lymphatic Drainage that promises to induce proper lymphatic drainage. The combination and exchange of cryo and thermal heat is produced to ensure proper fluid drainage of the Lymphatic system. This will ensure pain reduction, decreased swelling/inflammation, and toxin removal so that you may begin to see the results of your efforts towards weight loss, healing, detoxifying and more.
